This renovated 1-bed unit, is centrally located and close to many of LA’s major freeways. Downtown LA, Dodgers Stadium, Hollywood, Griffith Observatory, Burbank, and more are all within short drives. This hilltop hideaway provides everything you need for short or long-term stays. Easy parking, complete kitchen, high speed internet, work space and private patio area. Enjoy provided coffee or tea on the shaded upper deck oasis with gorgeous views or relax in the hammock! The neighborhood food is also SO good. We think our place will help you experience everything Los Angeles has to offer.
What's particularly nice about this unit is that it comes with a spacious private patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, a picnic table for enjoying a sunny LA meal, and a couch swing to enjoy a book on.
Pets are okay, and there's even a little relief area for them for your convenience.
We also have lemon trees on the property, feel free to pick a few fresh lemons!

My wife and I visited L.A. to celebrate 10 years of being together. We went to Universal Studios and saw a concert in Hollywood. It was a good time. The unit was perfect for us and Sam was great.

Enjoyed my stay with my dogs. Felt fairly private and safe. Check in was easy. Lots of parking. Kind of a weird area being so close to the city but it has great views.
