Welcome to The Old Estate Office, a stylish and inviting holiday cottage located in the picturesque village of Grantley, just a short drive from Ripon, Grantley Hall, and Fountains Abbey. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, along with a coffee machine to get your mornings off to a great start. A large corner sofa in the living room provides ample space to unwind, complemented by a Smart TV and a wood burner for cosy evenings. Completing the ground floor, the shower room includes a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating to keep your toes warm on a chilly morning. There is also a heated utility room to dry damp coats and keep your pet happy.

Cottage was very comfortable, clean and well laid out. A perfect stay for walking in the area and cosy to come back to after a day's hike. The bedroom balcony was perfect for a glass of wine in early evening sun.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. It was super clean. Had a lovely open plan dining room kitchen and living room. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable the bed was the comfiest I've ever stayed in. The balcony was great it had a lovely view over to the fields. Grantley itself was really lovely there was a local pub but unfortunately it was shut getting a refurb so we didn't go in there. Plenty of walks from the cottage to reservoirs on lakes and forests. On a Friday Saturday and Sunday there is a cupboard full of cakes outside to buy just put your money in the honesty box. I will definitely recommend this cottage to everyone it was probably the best we've ever stayed in.
To be honest not much to improve on only that in the kitchen there wasn't a potato peeler or spatulas other than that the place was amazing.
