PRIVATE PROPERTY (lease only) - From the porch and the pool of Casa Felicità you can enjoy the view of the typical hills of the Marche region. The house, recently renovated and completely fenced, is just a few minutes from Ripe di San Ginesio.
Air conditioning is present in all the rooms, on the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with dining area, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

From the porch and swimming pool of Casa Felicità you can enjoy the beautiful view of the typical hills of the Marche countryside. The recently renovated house is just a few minutes from the small center of Ripe di San Ginesio of medieval origin, perched on the hill. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
The property is completely fenced, the swimming pool welcomes you for refreshing swims, under the gazebo you can relax on the sofas and enjoy the view, or for the more active, play ping pong. At the back of the house, there is a beautiful shady pergola of climbing vines, a quiet corner surrounded by greenery.
On the ground floor, we find a large and bright living room with a dining area that overlooks the loggia equipped for eating and relaxing outdoors and equipped with a wood-burning oven. The well-equipped kitchen has a direct exit to the outside, then we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The village of Ripe di San Ginesio is just 2 km from the villa with a good restaurant and bar. Borgofuturo, the village-friendly sustainability festival with established artists, takes place in the summer.
The main services are located at Passo Ripe di San Ginesio, about 3 km away. The area is dotted with small villages to visit, each with its own peculiarities. It is possible to go trekking and cycling. Macerata with its internationally famous Opera Festival is just 25 km away, while the sea of the Adriatic coast with its sandy beaches is 40 km away by car. In the Montecosaro area, about 30 minute drive away, there are several outlets of famous Italian brands.
