We have a two car garage available for guest parking. Additional parking is available on the street. You will access the home from the front door. The front door has a smart lock. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):

The master bedroom has a king mattress. It’s soft and slouchy in the middle and the second bedroom has a queen mattress that’s very, very, very hard, similar to what you would sleep on if you were sleeping on top of a box spring.
