Die Lage war für uns ideal. Elbphilharmonie, Hafen, Speicher, Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn, alles zuf Fuss gut erreichbar. Es war sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm! Das Appartement ist sehr grosszügig bemessen.
Die Haushaltgeräte (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeeautomat) waren nicht gewartet. Dunstabzug verschmutzt. In der Duschkabine gibt es Stellen mit bakteriellen Ablagerungen (roter Biofilm). Der riesige TV-Bildschirm steht hinter dem Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen; wie fernsehen? Der sogenannte Hafenblick beschränkte sich auf die entfernte Sicht einiger Kräne .

Salz in der Spülmaschine war leer. Passiert. Kühl-Geräte haben bei Nacht laut gebrummt.

Lage top, U-Bahn vor dem Haus. Küchenzeile mit Kühl-/ Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Herd, Kaffeevollautomat, große Teeauswahl usw.
Schimmel an den Beadezimmerfenstern und beißender Kanalisationsgeruch im Bad (kommt über den Duschabfluss rein), Duschkopf ließ sich nicht festsellen und rutschte immer wieder runter. Gab nach Beschwerde 50 EUR zurück. Keine Chance kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden.
