Manor Hotel Ballymoney

Nice clean, comfortable room. Heating was on full tho so very warm

No breakfast facilities, but there is a great little cafe right round the corner

It was good with variety of choices

Bit rough and ready but okay

Good location , staff were very helpful & friendly , room was very good size

Bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was very hard

The location was good for the venue we were attending

This hotel badley in need of an upgrade.when we went to book in there was noone at the desk.a young lady come to us frim behind the bar and went to check us in and couldnt find our booking .she had to ring her boss to check.she gave us the keys to the rooms and pointed us up the stairs ..i asked what time breakfast was and she said 8.30 I Think.and then said the information would be in the room .Nothing there to tell us ..The rooms were ok .clean and tea making facilities.Beakfast was ok but noone around to ask us if everything was ok .When it come to check out there was noone there so we just left the keys and left. The Hotel was ok for out night but i think it needs more of an effert to greet guests .But we probebly wouldnt stay there. again
