Perfect location, very friendly host, big room, many things available (stove, oven, big tv etc.)

very minor point of improvement: put a towel in the bathroom, not in the sleeping room ;)

Location was convenient.

The most serious flaw is the only bedroom does NOT have an adjoining bathroom. The unit only bathroom is actually immediately upon entry and separated from the bedroom by the living room, dining and kitchen. Furnishings are really low budget type. It’s a ground floor unit but window coverings are really see-through sheers, which does not allow any privacy from people just walking the street. We had to create privacy by using something sticky to put up some paper. The bed mattress is the softest one I have ever encountered in my life. Not very practical because the trend is going towards firmer and firmer mattresses (I am a surgeon-physician. We are not trying to be difficult and overly critical. The bathroom location is the worst I have encountered (also serves to house the washing machine. We know about being a rental landlord for travelers and vacationers. I own 5 high-end luxury vacation villas for short term rental in and near Cabo San Lucas, some are 8 or 9 bedrooms. So I believe some room arrangements are irreversible design flaws. Obviously, my custom built properties do not have such flaws. So location and cleanliness are great, but the unit deserves some updating. I am afraid that the bathroom location is a defect very tough to remedy.
