The property is modernly decorated as described in the listing. Communication with the host was great, who helped us get into the property as soon as we arrived. The location of the property was great, close to Liège-Guillemins station and within walking distance of the city center.
The property was on the fourth floor of the building. While we were staying, the lift was out of order, and we had to climb the narrow staircase with a 26-inch suitcase. We were in Liége for the Beer Lovers' Marathon, hence going up and down the stairs was the last thing we wanted after the race. The fourth-floor corridor had a faint cigarette smell on the first day we arrived and on the last morning before we left.

L'emplacement est parfait, le logement se situe devant un arrêt de Tram et à côté de la gare centrale.
C'est parfait pour se déplacer dans les 4 coins de la ville.
Le confort et la propreté des lieux, le calme du quartier, l'accessibilité du logement à tous les points principaux d'activité de la ville et l'accueil des hôtes en fait un bon point de passage pour un séjour de loisir ou professionnel...
Rien de négatif ! Je recommande ce logement à tous les amoureux de la ville de Liège ...
