Very smart and clean. The owner has put a lot of thought and effort into making the apartment comfortable. The location is close to some amazing cafes and restaurants, and waking distance to all the attractions Launceston has to offer.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. (There was noise from building work below, but this was out of the owners control).

We lived the design and layout of the apartment. Beautifully finished. The location is terrific with lots of great restaurants/ cafes in walking distance.
The door lock was unreliable and there was a sewage smell coming from the renovation’s downstairs (April 2026). It is also a bit noisy with weekend revellers on Friday/Saturday nights.

NO microwave which I find baffling? Previous people had mentioned it before us, but ignored.
Mirror in bathroom too high, not practical for people who are 5’3 or less. Toilet mirror perfect but nowhere to use hair dryer or use make up.
Only 2 lounge chairs to sit on to watch tv, there being 3 of us. Lounge was under the tv so couldn’t be used.
