Location, accommodation and helpful staff.
The building wasn't marked with a street number. Hard to find the apartment key safe. This didn't have the apartment number on it. We wasted a hour getting in. If it hadn't been for the help from the lady on the phone we would have given up a.nd found a hotel.

I spent three weeks here while doing a work placement and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host / landlord was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs (eg. bought a laundry rack to air dry my clothes). The location is perfect for the station, central Leeds and bus links.
The building’s wifi is very temperamental which was frustrating for business and personal video calls. Whilst most of the interior was modern and clean, there were some aspects of the original historic building remaining which were less desirable - eg. the ceiling.

Brilliant location in the centre of Leeds. Price was amazing. Bed was comfortable.
Quite basic more an observation than a complaint as the price was brilliant, so take basic and decent priceover luxury and extortionate any day.
