Very good and comfortable room, clean and good equipped. Very nice as for one night stay on the way, also good for prolonged stay. Very friendly host and clear instructions for check in. Thanks a lot.

Чистота в объекте. Бесплатная парковка на улице, рядом с объектом. В комнате есть кофемашина, чай, сахар. Удобная кровать. Очень простое, понятное и быстрое заселение и выселение.

Only 20 minutes drive from Gent. Not too expensive as compared to other properties in the region. We stayed in 2 of the 3 available rooms in the guesthouse. The rooms were cosy. Coffeemaker, tea kettle and a microwave were present.

We were received by the cleaning lady, who lives downstairs. She doesn't speak Dutch and barely any English. There is no doorbell, so it was a bit awkward on arrival. We had to pay the tourist tax via a bank transfer to the landord. At a first glance the property looks nice, but when you look better you'll see that it is badly maintained. One of our rooms did not have curtains on one window. The shower in the bathroom flooded when the person in the other rooms used it. The neighboorhood is not very inpiring. It's a wealthy residential area with small roads and high hedges.
