The best things of this apartment is the level of light and brightness, really big windows on both sides of the apartment make it very lively. The apartment itself is large, with two decent sized bedrooms, and a very big dining/living room with integrated kitchen. Also the location is fantastic, 5 min walking from the train station, 2 min from Belval Plaza shopping mall, and also close to university , companies, and everything en Belval area. The apartment is very complete, it has everything you might need (from washing machine to Nespresso machine, and all the appliances in between). The beds are also ver comfortable, not to hard not to soft. The bathroom is quite big and you have two toilets.
There were some things that could have been a bit cleaner, and there are some stains, scratches and other signs of usage in some places from past users that could be taken care of. The curtains are so long they fold over at floor level and also were not well maintained (some do not hang properly from the top), all of which should be easy to fix but for some reason aren't.

De locatie was top (naast de Rockhal en vlakbij station).
De bedden en beddengoed ook luxe, faciliteiten als badkaner + keuken prima.
Locatie zeer lastig te vinden, geen routebeschrijving ontvangen.
Ter plekke bleek dat er nog geen sleutelinstructie gestuurd was, Wij gebeld, host 1 kon niet vinden wat er aan de hand was en beloofde terug te bellen, deed ze niet. Uiteindelijk na 45 min zelf weer gebeld, instructie bleek gintussen gemaild te zijn, maar de link deed het niet. Host 2 probeerde ons telefonisch te coachen maar zeer verwarrend omdat volgens hem de mailboxes aan de linkerkant had, terwijl die rechts waren. Na veel spraakverwarring, gebel en gepruts met een cijferslot daar in die hal konden we 2 uur later eindelijk naar binnen!
Dachten we; eenmaal in het gebouw bleek het appartement zelf ook onvindbaar. Huisnummer, etage, enz zeer onduidelijk. Gelukkig hielp onze benedenbuurman ons.
Appartement was niet schoon: kringen op tafels / nachtkastjes, kleverige keukenkastdeurtjes, vloerkleden niet gestofzuigd.
Verwarming stond veel te warm, radiatoren lager zetten hielp niet, thermostaat?
