It was larger than the photos led us to believe. It was very quiet

The heating didn't come from the radiators in the photos. There were 2 units on the wall to the right of the large lounge, near the 2 back bedrooms. These units were supposed to keep all rooms cool with A/C, if needed, or heating. It was cold when we were there. These units were inadequate and, if it had been very cold, I would have asked for a refund and gone to a hotel. The heating (and the A/C) was almost useless! There's no way it could have any effect in heating the 2 front bedrooms, which are the nicest looking bedrooms with en-suite showers. The beds are hard and we didn't sleep well. In one shower room, the shower head easily flops down and there is no shelf to put any soap or shampoo on. The kettle leaks as you pour it so you could easily pour boiling water on yourself. The angle to get into the driveway is very awkward. There are trees growing in the driveway. We had a medium sized car but it was very difficult to drive in and out. In the end we left the car in the road. There are big tree roots sticking up in the driveway and my son nearly injured himself tripping over one when we walked back at night. The apartment needs updating. We wouldn't stay here again.
