Emil has done a tremendous job renovating the apartment - everything is new and it is fully equipped (except for a microwave). The location is perfect on a main street and close to the stadium. For me the fully functional kitchen was very important.
The only issue was that since the apartment is not continuously inhabited and apparently the apartments around it are not heated either, it was uncomfortably cold in the beginning (in the winter). It took two full days of heating before the temperature became acceptable.

A very nice and well equipped apartment in a good, quiet location. Parking is easy to find, and the centrer of town can be reached by a 20 min walk.
Best thing: very clean, everything spotless and fresh.
