This stunning villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with friends/family/colleagues. Enjoy the heated pool, jacuzzi, privacy, many private areas and the panoramic sea/mountain views!

This luxury villa (Sol y Viento), spread across three levels, offers spacious living and optimal privacy. In addition, the villa holds an AA certification and is the first "Passive House" on the Costa del Sol, which contributes to a constant and pleasant temperature inside the house. The villa is also ideally located: the supermarket is just 4 minutes away, the charming village of Mijas Pueblo is 8 minutes away, the beach can be reached within 8 minutes, and Malaga Airport is only a 15-minute drive.
Top floor: This level features three bedrooms, all with private balconies. One bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway.
Ground floor: This level includes one bedroom with a separate bathroom. The kitchen and living room are generously sized, with direct access to the heated saltwater pool (chlorine-free), which can be safely enclosed for children.
