About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 50 m² flat for rent in Saint-Ouen, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The flat is not suitable for children.
The accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), access to balcony
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A south-west-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Ouen, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Quays of the Seine
- Large park (square, skate park, pétanque, etc.)
- Covered market La communale (food court, greengrocer, entertainment, etc.)
- Climbing gym Block out Saint Ouen
- Garibaldi market, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday mornings
- Cultural events, see the town's website
- 7 minutes to the heart of Paris
- Stade de France in 15 min
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the public pay car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Metro: 13 and 14 2 minutes' walk away
- Saint-Ouen station, served by the RER C, is around 13 minutes' walk away
- Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport is around 24 km away

Adequate apartment, but lacked instructions, in English, for the stove, clothes washer…. Needs dish towels, dish drying rack, bigger cereal bowls.Noisy area! Kids screaming in the Park, a lot!Neighborhood great, close to Metro. Clean, nicely decorated.
