Splendid Californian house (construction 2014) with sea views, ideally located in the heart of the nature reserve of the Port-Cros National Park on the peninsula of Giens 150 meters from the beaches. Detached house 165m2, 2 levels with roof terrace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room 80m2, 4 parking spaces, swimming pool and tropical garden 800 m2. Appliances, equipment 6th sense (plates inductions, fridge dispenser of ice cubes, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, laundry).

We had a very nice stay with 4 adults and 4 kids. The house has a pool, ocean view, and green garden.
The beach is 5 minutes by foot. Most beaches have more stones than sand. The water is shallow near the beach. But with a 5 minute drive to Giens another beach is reachable with sand and shallow water near the beach, as well as a good bakery in Giens and a good maker once a week.
The house is very well equipped and has a big living room. There even is the possibility to make a bbq outside.
We would advise to hike the trail around the coast.
