Villa Sunny Pende is a premium holiday Villa, with a private pool, within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa Complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near Hanioti village. Nestling on the slope of a hill overlooking Toroneos Bay in a green, verdant and tranquil environment, secluded but close to the local beach and all amenities. It offers magnificent views, where you can idle hours away watching the vivid blue sky mingling perfectly with the iridescent blue sea.

Villa Sunny Pende features a small private garden with a pool; it is air-conditioned and accommodates 4 to 5 guests in one double bedroom and a twin. The main bedroom is set on the middle floor and boasts an en-suite shower; the second is a twin bedroom in the loft.
The charming kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the contemporarily designed living room, boasting a decorative fireplace and a sofa that converts into a single bed.
The three levels are joined via an interior staircase, enjoying stunning open sea views.

The sparkling pool is accessed via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out with a drink or bite to eat in the nearby external dining space.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! I was there with my friends and we really enjoyed our time. The pool was a particular highlight—perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located. Everything worked smoothly, and we felt very comfortable. We definitely recommend it; we'd love to come back!
