Proximité du centre-ville, quartier calme, garage privatif, propreté de l’appartement, literie confortable, un grand balcon.

La décoration parfois trop personnelle (vieux bibelots accroché aux murs) et trop disparate (vielle décoration avec quelque truc récent quand même (canapé, fauteuil, frigo, micro-ondes et four).
