Staff were very accommodating, we requested and were given an early check-in so the room was ready when we arrived at 8am. There was also a bottle of wine and snacks left for us in the room also, which was lovely.
Busy so had to queue for the restaurant, but the queue was managed well and moved quickly.

Το καλύτερο από όλα την η εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό ήταν όλοι καταπληκτικοί.
Επίσης το στρώμα που κοιμηθήκαμε ήταν άριστο πολύ άνετο το δωμάτιο παρά πολύ καθαρό και ο γιος μου πέρασε φανταστικά στις νεροτσουλήθρες οι οποίες είναι απόλυτα safe έχει παντού ναυαγοσώστες οι οποίοι είναι ευγενέστατοι 🙏

מקום נפלא! לפני הכל השירות נפלא והיחס חם ונעים. הגענו זוג ו-3 ילדים גדולים. הופתענו ששודרגנו לחדרים גדולים יותר ובמיקום מושלם דקה מהחוף ללא שביקשנו. במקום חדר אוכל מרכזי ו-4 מסעדות, אוכל בשפע ובמבחר גדול. נעזרנו בשירות ההסעות (בתשלום) של המלון לעיר רודוס שהיה מאוד פשוט להזמנה ונוח לשימוש. מעבר לכך, במלון מספר בריכות שחיה, ספא, חוף ים צמוד והופעות בכל ערב. היתה חוויה יוצאת מהכלל, בטוח שעוד נשוב בעתיד.

Beach closeness
The room wasn’t very clean. Hot water and heating wasn’t working properly.
Vegetarian food options were available only when we complained.
Floor cleaners on each level were medium. With an environment in which may be unhygienic.
Floor staff and receptionists giving fake praise for room upgrade even though for the beginning we booked the same room. Making it look like we got a better room.
