Acomodação simples, mas completa, com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia tranquila; além disso, extremamente limpa e organizada.
O edifício é antigo e poderia ser melhor cuidado; a área da Lapa, onde a acomodação se localiza não é bonita, mas, para quem gosta do agito noturno, a acomodação é extremamente próxima dos Arcos da Lapa, onde ficam os bares e restaurantes mais badalados.

Good location and close proximity to a grocery store. Efficient and smooth communication with the owner. Comfortable bed. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for basic use. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
The apartment is quite noisy due to nearby pubs, and the windows provide poor sound insulation. Their technical condition is average and requires sealing. There is no extension cord, and the number of electrical outlets is insufficient for charging multiple devices. During longer stays, the lack of an additional towel may be inconvenient.
In addition, the induction cooktop is damaged, and one of the chairs is broken. The bathroom drainage system is not working properly, the shower tray is leaking, and the bathroom remains wet after showering.

Studio incrivelmente novo, tudo muito moderno, aconchegante e extremamente limpo e super agradável. Um excelente estadia e o anfitrião é incrível também. Super atencioso, disponível e maravilhoso. Com certeza voltarei e me hospedarei novamente. Apesar de ser numa rua de movimento, por ser alto o barulho na incomoda tanto e tem uma vista incrível, sem prédio próximo a frente. Foi maravilhoso!
