Location was smack bang in the Centre of Zurich 6 mins walk from Zurich main train Station. So you where able to get around all of the city without to much trouble due to the extensive tram & trolley bus network.
Owning to being in the very heart of the city it was quite lively at times, but a trade of if you wish to have everything on your doorstep without spending hours travelling around to get to things.

- proximity to the city - friendly staff - access to washer and dryer for clothes - spacious bathroom - comfortable bed - free coffee and chocolates - access to microwave - lots of restaurants/shops around
Small shower No lift Loud at night from the street crowd, but access to earplugs was nice

Good location, all transport, central station is close.
Check-in time is limited. Hostel was on the mai street, sound isolation bad - all night parties outside, not possible to sleep. Narrow stairs, no elavator. Even small hand bags cannot be left at the premised before.after check-in. Host not welcomming, he works at a shop nearby, so check in limited to hours of the shop. Bed were not comnfy.
