My group and I loved absolutely everything, from the location, the vibe/decor of the location, the breakfast, the cleanliness. BUT, the highlight was the host. She went above and beyond for my friends and I and we could not be more grateful for the hospitality we received.
What we did not like had nothing to do with Villa Agavì. We did not educate ourselves on the tranquil remoteness of Villa Agavì. It is absolutely necessary to rent a car when staying here and now we know that for next time when we come back. We also wish we had more time here to experience more of what Modena has to offer.

The surroundings and the welcome. Felt like staying with lovely friends. The Area is wonderful and breakfast was very good.
