I love how updated and modern the apartment is. It was clean when given to us and I like that this property was gated and very safe. The small kitchen was perfect so we could cook. The patio was lovely as well. Across the street was the ocean plenty of walking and a few blocks from there was tons of shopping.
After about a week we notice black mold growing on the ceiling above the patio window? We stayed for about 3-4 weeks. It was raining a lot during the stay and I’m sure it was from the apartment patio from above. Also it would’ve been nice to have some clean sheets and towels after a certain amount of time. But we didn’t ask. 😅

La stanza e' ben arredata, in poco spazio c'e' tutto. Un terrazzino carino con una bella vista e scorcio sul mare. Il residence in posozione tranquilla ed elegante. Il centro si raggiunge con una bella passeggiata a piedi. Posto auto interno.
Margini di miglioramento altissimi sulle pulizie. Abbiamo trovato lavastiviglie piena, con piatti sporchi. Il bagno l'ho rilavato personalmente. Anche lenzuola e spugne per il bagno, consiglio di comprarle in uno stato migliore.

Todo muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda
La propiedad excelente! El personal de la inmobiliaria muy mala atención, mal explicado todo, no podía entrar al departamento porque le faltaba una llave y pude ingresar 2 horas después! Cuando lo llamé a Señor Davide por no poder entrar fue soberbio diciéndome que no sabía usar la llave hasta que me ayudó un señor que hablaba italiano y le dijo que me faltaba una llave! ( lamentable que no sea atendido x sus dueños)
