A large fenced garden hosts a private panoramic pool (4x8 m, open May–Oct), sun loungers, and a terrace with a stone barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining with a view. Spanning three levels with multiple entrances, the villa includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and a spacious dining area connected to a well-equipped kitchen. It accommodates up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, including one with pool access and en-suite, a twin convertible room, and a basement suite with laundry and bathroom.
