For those hot days to come cool off in the swimming pool just a walk away or play some tennis on the courts with the equipment provided. n nHome is in the mountains but NO mountain roads to drive. The paved road is the same elevation as Pigeon Forge all the way. Another great stay. Comfortable beds, dog friendly, privacy, walk to the pool, very relaxing and great distance from the attractions. Only thing I'd say needs done is trimming the overgrowth away from the house and the sides of the driveway

We were not prepared for how beautiful the property was! Very close to the pool and you can sit on the porch and hear the river-major bonuses. Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced using vrbo. We will come again soon!

We loved our stay at Clearfork Farm! The cabin was so cozy and comfortable - we stayed during the intense heat wave and we were still super cool, especially at night. Our favorite part was the screened in porch where we sat every morning drinking our coffee (thanks to the Keurig ). We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and our dog. This house is on the top of our list of favorite places to stay in Pigeon Forge!

Not sure where to start.Pros: nice layout; large bedrooms and living room. Cons: home needs deep clean; mold in master tiny shower; dirty floors & fans; stove top burners not clean; screen porch had not been cleaned/swept for weeks, fire pit chairs were tangled with kudzu vines. Area around firebox hadn’t been swept-had wood chips and stuff on the floor surrounding (pets could get into that). We had trouble getting into the house after dark because we couldn’t look up the code due to no phone service there. Owner mentions there is WiFi but your cell phone must have WiFi phone service or you can’t make calls.There was what looked like spaghetti sauce splattered on dining room wall. Master bath is very tiny and the shower was so gross the 4 of us shared the hall bath. I began sweeping the screen porch and after 20 minutes I stopped because that wasn’t what I wanted to be doing on vacation after paying a cleaning fee.The front door has an outside light but wasn’t working. Most rooms have ceiling fans but many chains missing or just have 1 which makes it difficult to turn just the fan on or just the light. We cooked 1 meal but stove top & burners had caked on food. I’m not a big germaphobe nor is my own home spotless but this was ridiculous. The 2nd day we called owner & left VM to call us as “we had some issues to discuss” but no response. Sent message thru VRBO 3days later, again no response. Several reviews stated she was great at communication but we didn't experience it.
