Attractive location, very handy for Falmouth town and harbour areas. Fairly quiet area and well maintained gardens. Double bed comfy and had summer duvet (4.5 tog) which was good. Good shower over bath ( but bathroom tired).
Flat is quite tired, all fittings seem original vintage from when development built. Kitchen needs a dishwasher. Some comfy cushions on sofa would be good. Didn’t like winter duvet (12 tog) on single bed, far too hot. Summer duvets and extra blankets would be much better. Some throws on sofa would also improve the ambience. Also, directions to get in assume arriving by car, it was a long way round carrying suitcases from the rail station! Key box would be better located at the town gate, near the square.

The place was great. The location was fantastic, just a few mins walk from town, even less to the harbour and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The pictures of the flat are a very fair representation and whilst it isn't the most modern looking, it does serve as a great base to explore Cornwall. Very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Towels provided are too small and instead bath towels should be given. There also aren't hooks on the back of doors in bedrooms to hang towels up on.
The bathroom does need a makeover as there are several cracked tiles, no ventilation, the bath creaks and around the sides, water is clearly getting in through the seal. The light is also very noisy and should be replaced.
The whole flat does smell slighy stale and this is down to poor ventilation.

The flat is fine and the development is very cute and well located.
You can not open the window in one of the bedrooms, when I tried, the blind fixture fell on me. As a result, one bedroom did not have a blind during half of the stay (even though we reported it straight away).
