About this house rental
Your Lake Almanor adventure begins at this fantastic 4-bedroom house. With 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 full bed, and a huge game room that can sleep even more, this property offers a serene escape for guests. Enjoy the convenience of upraded living with amenities like a washer and dryer, beautiful well stocked kitchen, Starlink WiFi, and a full game room. Relax in the sunken bathtub after a day of exploring, or enjoy the large backyard with a BBQ and cornhole. We hope you enjoy what our place and the country club has to offer.
This is a gated community, with access to the lake, boat launch (additional fee), pickelball, basketball, beach areas, golf (additional fee), playground and summer concerts to name a few. The Country Club HOA charges a fee to the renter of $40 per night. Post-booking I will send the form for you to complete and pay the HOA directly.
Although Almanor typically stays cooler, like most homes up here there is no central air. There is a whole house fan that if on at night with windows open will cool it down pretty good, in addition to ceiling fans. There is central heat and space heaters for the colder months.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is on a nice size property and the inside of the house was very clean and organized. The kitchen is very spacious and full of all the amenities. We were about 5 minutes from the Rec area, which was very convenient. The hosts, Amy, were very nice and responsive. We would highly recommend this house if you are thinking about coming to Lake Almanor.

We had a great time! Excellent house for a large group. Very comfortable and clean. Well stocked. The owners were easy to communicate with. We would stay there again.
