Welcome to Cordelia's Moonlit Manor, an idyllic retreat inspired by the Daughter of the Sea! Nestled on the 17mm of the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks, Cordelia's Moonlit Manor invites you to explore the beauty of lakeside living through its serene private dock on a quiet cove, updated interiors, and expansive exterior living spaces. Whether you're here to fish, swim, or simply float the day away, this private retreat ensures your lake adventure is just steps from the door.
Great space and accommodations for sleep, dining, gathering, and enjoyment:
• Large wrap-around decks on the upper and lower levels with beautiful lake views
• Private dock in a secluded, quiet cove, ideal for swimming, fishing, floating, and kayaking - with an available 28' x 11' boat slip, swim platform, swim mat, dock seating, swim ladder, and 2 kayaks
• Expansive lot surrounding the home with excellent space for lawn games and firepit evenings lakeside
• Enjoy dinner indoors or out with a standard propane grill, flat-top griddle grill, and ample outdoor seating for everyone
• Ample parking for 4 or more vehicles, trailers, or boat trailers
• Nearby some of the Lake's top destinations, such as Backwater Jacks, Encore, Marine Max, Dog Days, and the upcoming new amusement park!
Pet Friendly Property Guidelines:
• Maximum of 2 Dogs allowed at the property
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through
• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Positive: Beautiful location with a great boat dock and ample seating for large groups. The top deck is enjoyable for relaxing with lake views.Accessibility and parking: Please note this property is not suitable for bringing a boat and trailer due to the windy road and tight access. We recommend launching your boat at a nearby launch site and storing the trailer at an alternative location as we had to do. The driveway to the parking area could benefit from a better gravel surface for easier navigation. I don't think you'd get a car down this driveway and back up. We had a large truck.Areas for improvement (observations from our stay): One bedroom TV remote was not working, and we did not receive a response to the remote request; we did tell them we were missing The Keurig coffee pods upon arrival and that request was handled immediately. There were no kitchen towels for drying dishes, so washcloths from the bathroom were used. Bedroom blinds would have been appreciated for better privacy and light control. The wicker top-deck furniture is nearing the end of its life, so we moved furniture from other areas to better accommodate guests. The dock furniture was nice, but it was missing cushions and was quite dirty, which affected comfort and cleanliness near the water. Improvements in parking access, amenities, and outdoor furniture would enhance future stays.Highlights: The boat dock and the overall lakeside vibe, with plenty of seating to accommodate a large group.
