In a peaceful setting, 550 meters from Fogeo beach and the sailing club, this charming, renovated, semi-detached fisherman's cottage of approximately 80 m² is nestled between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen area (dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and filter coffee maker), a living/dining room with TV opening onto the terrace, a utility room with washing machine, a separate toilet, a shower room, and a first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe (hanging space/shelves).
Upstairs, there is a shower room with toilet, a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage unit, and a third bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), chest of drawers, and storage unit (hanging space/shelves). The south-facing terrace features garden furniture and a private, enclosed garden of approximately 150 m² with a variety of plants. Two parking spaces in front of the house.
