Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming 45 m² house in Argenteuil to rent for up to 4 people. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Argenteuil, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- In Argenteuil, 10 minutes from Paris, one of the residences of the famous painter Claude Monet and immerse yourself in 19th-century Argenteuil.
- Le Moulin d'Orgemont restaurants
- Musée sauvage, Marché Héloïse cinema...
- Stade de France for concerts and famous sporting events
- Many cultural and sporting events
- Casino d'Enghien, Parc de Cergy ...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the accommodation.
