They upgraded me the room free of charge due to an over booking. So I had to move down the road to another of their sister hotels . The room was great.

The hotel is located in central Naples, it looks nice as it seems to be newly decorated but it is dirty as we couldn’t walk the floor without slipper if we didn’t didn’t want to have our feet black. Same for the bathroom. It’s like no mop has ever been used.
The hotel says breakfast is included but what u get is a small table with two kind of cakes, one bowl of cereals and one white yoghurt along with two kind of juices. Not to mention the fact that there is a girl coming in every morning at 7.30 to settle the tables for breakfast and she makes so much noise that it’s impossible to sleep.
Overall more than a hotel this seems to us an apartment used as a bed and breakfast.
