Mariachiara was the perfect host, the place was amazingly comfortable, clean and luxurious. The service was perfect. Highest recommendations will definitely be staying again.

Good central location, close to the sea, old centre, close to metro. Reception was friendly. Pre-check-in guide via whatsapp and digital access. Bath in the room was nice too. Good lugage space and follow-up / recommendations by the host + front desk.
Slightly complicated check-in procedure; 2 bells, a guard (potentially) and elevator possibly requiring a token €0.50 payment. Easier if this would be included into the price and incorporated as a friction-less experience for guests instead.

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable room. Mariachiara was fantastic with her warm welcome and could not have been more helpful.
