Bed was comfy. Quite clean place. Access to a kitchen is always a bonus, close to my workplace. Good parking space. Didn't like toilet being on the second floor, also paper walls make this place very noisy. Good communication with the host, but would say little bit over worried. There's too much micromanaging for my liking, but that's what Airbnb will do to you :)

The main thing I look for is clean bedding and pillow as it's hard to escape these if not. Bedding was lovely and spotless. Host lady is lovely provided you know how to treat her place with respect. Although it's not hotel standards, in terms of furnishings, I thought it was the best value you'll likely to find for what was on offer.
I usually prefer to be further away from roads but the bedroom was still surprisingly quiet.

I like the kitchen & room.
I didn’t like the number 2 room because one of the windows is very old, rotten & doesn’t open as well. I don’t like toilet and bathroom because it is a little mole or mildew on the sides and also rotten toilet seat.
