Very nice host, very nice little appartment in a nice neighborhood and with free parking on the street (there is always space). The host even accomodated our bikes in his own yard house so they are safe which was not something they should do but they are just wonderfull people like that. The place is nice enough clean enough and is defenitley worth a visit.
The place is in the subterrain and as that it has it limitations with the lighting but its really not a problem when all you need it for is to have a place to sleep. Only thing we minded was the rolo door on the bathroom as its not insulating sounds :) But i guess it is a space limitation and they must leave it like that. Its not that bad but it is a thing that is a nuicance.

It’s comfortable, everything was clean, there was dish soap, shower gel and everything already in the apartmant. Hospitality was grate. Would recommend if you are visiting Split🙂
There is no private parking, you can park on the street wherever you find an emti spot.

Isolé du bruit extérieur.
Équipements supers propres de bonne qualité.
Fruits mis à disposition très bons.
À 30-40min à pied du centre de Split
Nous y avons passé 4 nuits : super.
Manque un peu de luminosité et d'aération.
