Enough space in general, very close to the BART and some restaurants, and the parking garage is a real plus. There is also a guitar!
The table in the kitchen takes some space, but that is not a major issue.

Great location if you need access to BART
The apartment requires a heavy renovation. The kitchen looks just ugly (plus cleanliness, especially in the cabinets and drawers, could be better), the floors, stairs need to be somehow refreshed. The shower and heating on the second floor just don't work. Not enough hooks in the bathrooms (for 4 people), no pads or mats on the bathrooms floors. It wasn't pleasant at all to step out from the shower to the cold, slippery tiles floor.
