We booked our stay at sleepy Hollow resorts with the impression that the hot tub would be working, but when we got there, hot tub was not functioning. We did a lot of hiking throughout the week and we wanted to relax in the hot tub, and that specific reason was the reason we booked at that resort, which was disappointing. we got to our room unpacked got settled in went to turn the TV on and it didn’t work. We called the receptionist and they sent someone over and his response was yeah we are having problems with the cable some work some don’t and that was it. I had to demand that they get us a room with the TV . They switched us to another room and the toilet leaked there was a puddle of water in the restroom during our entire stay. To shower you would need to be 5 foot or smaller to take a shower because the showerhead was so low we had to crouch down to take showers . Overall, I would not suggest coming to this place. our key stopped working the next day and we had to go into the office and they had to reactivate it pretty miserable experience. Beautiful town though!
