Único ponto negativo é o horário do check -in que se você chega após as 22 horas deve pagar 50 euros para uma pessoa e te entregar as chaves , mas o rapaz super educado te explica tudo direitinho, outra situação foi que ao chegar encontrei uma mulher dentro parecia que estava dormindo no sofá , depois os funcionários falaram em francês então não deu para entender bem isso era as 00:45 , um pouco estranho ao comentar com o rapaz ele falou que era a mulher da limpeza , mais a esse horário um pouco estranho, sobre o valor é já acordado quando faz a reserva e solicita o horário do check-in.
Ótimo apartamento limpo com vários utensílios de cozinha , 10 minutos caminhando para chegar a estação de trem ou metrô lá defenser, juntando custo benefício correu tudo bem para minha família estávamos em 5 pessoas.

Me gustó la limpieza, el tan buen estado de todo en el departamento y la ubicación que es bastante tranquila y segura con markets cerca.
Todo bien. Solo como recomendación; se podría implementar un auto check-in, ya que a veces hay vuelos que llegan tarde a París.

The apartment is located near LA DEFENSE (5 min by tram plus 5 min on foot). From the location to the center of Paris approximately 45 minutes by RER A or M1 train from La Defense. The location is quiet, the kitchen has everything necessary for cooking, heat in the apartment, beds are fine.
The key to the apartment must be taken from about a 15-minute walk away from a market and brought when leaving, which is not comfortable.( you should leave your luggage near the location with someone and travel 15 minutes there...15 minutes back after the key.) When picking up the key, you talk to a person who doesn't know English, which makes everything very bizarre. There is no internet at the location (there is a wi-fi router but the password is not good)i ask the owner for the internet connection and he did not know about it....the TV doesn't work (that is, it just goes on...you can't find any tv channel.)...I would have given 10 for the location but I gave 8 for these inconveniences (for a tourist from Europe, the internet is vital).

Peut mieux faire vu le prix pour la prestation, basique.
Récupération des clés à 15 min à pieds de l'emplacement du bnb : peu pratique surtout lorsque l'on est chargé !
