L'appartement est spacieux (nous étions 5), propre et est situé à deux pas de la mer et de l'arrêt du tram. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. De plus, le personnel de l'agence est très sympathique et répond très vite aux questions.
Un petit guide pratique pour les hôtes, que l'on trouverait dans l'appartement, serait un plus (explications pour la gestion des poubelles, pour le parking dans la ville, conseils restos et activités etc.), même si le personnel de l'agence est très présent et serviable pour répondre aux questions. Petits bémols: devoir se garer loin du logement (mais franchement, la situation centrale de l'appart compense largement) et l'eau de la douche qui n'est vraiment pas très chaude, peu importe le moment de la journée.
