This hotel is a treat. The room was gorgeous. The bed comfortable, shower was great, the heating comfortable. Everything was gorgeous.
Yes, the hotel is noisy at the weekends but once you know this then no excuse to complain. Earplugs are provided.
There are plenty of places to grab breakfast in the morning and the wine bar around the corner is one of the best ever

The palm exceeded my expectations. I went with my French bulldog, the staff were so friendly and obliging and my dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel and bar. The hotubs were out of order when I was there so I got complementary access to the ones across the street. I will definitely return keep up the great work guys!
