Please note: This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. In between 5th July and 6th September only weekly bookings can be accommodated starting on a Saturday. War Horse Valley Orchard View consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for six people, a sitting room with TV, and a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king with TV and an en-suite, a standard double, and a twin (2single beds, cannot be zip-linked), serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawn and furniture, and private driveway parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 3.2 miles and pub in 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. War Horse Valley Orchard View is a charming base for a Devon getaway. Note: AGA in the kitchen not to be used by guests. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. Note: Due to the amount of livestock on site, dogs must be kept on a lead while on the property. Salmon and trout fishing is available nearby at an additional charge (privately arranged with the owner). Please note, due to the close proximity to the river, the property is not suitable for children.
