About this house rental
Very nice and well-maintained holiday home of 75m2 located in the scenic and peaceful Frølunde Fed and only approx. 500m to a lovely bathing beach. The house includes a small entrance hall leading to the cosy, open and bright kitchen/family room and living room. Stylish tiled bathroom with electric underfloor heating. Three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. Finally, there is a cosy large alcove connected to the living room. The living room has direct access to a large, lovely wooden terrace that wraps around the house. This is where you can light the barbecue, open a bottle of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is also a large garden, which is perfect for playing games and ball sports. There is a swing, sandpit and mini trampoline for free use. It is a very short distance to the lovely beach, which is also popular with anglers.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

It was a decent stay, The house was comfortable enough, though I wish it was a bit closer to public transport, We had a couple of minor issues with the heating, but the owner was quick to assist us, Overall, a reasonable option,
