25 km from Bourg-en-Bresse, in the heart of the village of Saint-Jean-le-Vieux, Clos de L'Oiselon is a complex of two gîtes that can accommodate up to 6 people. Through a large gate, you access a large wooded property comprising the owners' house with 3 guest rooms and the adjoining gîtes Hauterive and Varey. A separate entrance leads to a living room that harmoniously combines a wood-paneled ambiance with soft, refined decor and vintage touches. From the living room, a staircase leads to a shower room, a toilet, and two bedrooms, one of which, decorated in pink tones, has a double bed (190x200) overlooking the garden and park, and the other, which is equipped with two single beds (90x200) with two portholes and a skylight. On the ground floor, thanks to a connecting door with the second gîte, you will enjoy a living room with vintage decor with a kitchenette with its dining area and a lounge. A beautiful wooden staircase leads you to the first floor, where you'll find a master bedroom (double bed (180x200, separable if necessary), a bathroom with green mosaic tiles, and an integrated but separate toilet. Heating and air conditioning (reversible heat pump). The best part of this cottage: beds are made upon arrival and everything is included. You'll enjoy the private terraces facing north and south. In this large wooded park, a small "beach" is located on the banks of the Oiselon, a small stream running through the property, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Two shared swimming pools are available: an outdoor pool accessible only during the summer months and an indoor lap pool located in the main house, as well as a fitness area (cardio and weight training). Bicycle and motorcycle garage available. The cottage is a group of two accommodations located on the same property: G363010-G363011.
