Guest Suite at Spruce Hill

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Everything is brand new and high quality. From the Nespresso machine to the towel warmer, our host thought of everything. This apartment is the lower level walkout of a single-family home. There is a separate driveway and entrance for the apartment. The electronic lock made check in super easy. The first thing that I noticed was that it smelled so good inside! It was immaculately clean. It is very spacious with plenty of drawers and cabinets. I fell in love with the kitchen and all of those cabinets. There are two full sized refrigerators. We loved the luxurious bathroom. The soaking tub was amazing. Three people (at least) could shower at the same time. There were nozzles shooting hot water in every direction. It was definitely a treat. This apartment is conveniently located. We visited Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Great Smokey Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg while we were there. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Tennessee.

This was hands down the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The space was spotless—seriously the cleanest rental I’ve come across. The suite was beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed, an incredible spa-like shower, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. I really appreciated the peaceful backyard view—it made for a relaxing start and end to each day. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. No complaints at all—just a perfect, peaceful place to stay. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Knoxville...but

We greatly enjoyed the accommodations and appreciate all the information provided by the host before we arrived. It made accessing the property and getting inside quite effortless. Ample private parking with a separate driveway allowed for plenty of space to turn around and even get close enough to the main door to easily unload.The spa-like experience in the luxurious bathroom was quite a treat! Took a little bit of tinkering to figure out how everything in the shower worked, but the water pressure and temperature was fantastic. The main bed was nice too. It felt like sleeping on a supportive cloud. If you prefer slightly firmer beds, there's a trundle daybed available.Just a couple tips:* The concrete floor can be rather cold without shoes, even when wearing socks, so bring house slippers or thick socks.* There are so many cabinets and so much storage in the kitchen (which is a good thing), it's a challenge to find things upon first arrival.Other than that, everything else went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property for anyone visiting or traveling through the Knoxville area.
