With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and thoughtful amenities, it’s designed for comfort. Families with young children will love the gated pool, while everyone can enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, glowing string lights, and an enclosed Game Room/Shed. Classic Character & Central Location
This lovely 1955 home combines timeless charm with modern comfort. While it has some natural wear, it’s been meticulously maintained with thoughtful amenities throughout. The original kitchen and bathroom, along with the tile floors in the main areas and original floors in the bedrooms, add to its character. We keep everything in great shape and always address any issues promptly. With an inviting open layout and added perks like the pool and hot tub, it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your stay.

❌ Please refrain from smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside, but we ask that you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
❌ No excessive noise or loud music.
✔ Pets are welcome—please keep them off the beds and clean up outside.
✔ Supervise children around the gated pool and avoid glass in the pool area.

Please kindly:
✔ Clean up any pet waste
✔ Wash any dirty dishes or start the dishwasher
✔ Place towels in the garage hampers
✔ Take out the trash
✔ Turn off AC, lights, & lock the door

*Please put all cigarette butts in ashtrays.
*Please pick up all dogs poop.
*No smoking inside the house of any kinds(vape, cigarette, Marijuana...). There will be a $100 charge if you are smoking in the house!!.
*No pets on the beds or furniture. there will be a $50 assessed at time of cleaning.

The hot tub was incredible after a long day of playing volleyball. Parking was good, the house was great, and the host was very communicative. I loved our stay and it was perfect for our group. I'd definitely book this place again.

The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The location was convenient. The pool and hot tub were fabulous, and the host was easy to communicate with. Overall a family-friendly home. We had a great time, no problems, and we would definitely stay here in the future!

We had a couple of issues when first getting there and Scott jumped right on them and made sure they were corrected and we were happy. Overall, a great property and would definitely stay again. Scott was great with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay. It would be great if all hosts were this attentive.
