House is located on a quiet street not too far from highway access. Easy to get to some nearby coffee shops. Has enough room for 2 car parking in the driveway. Fenced backyard is nice for pets. Could use some cushions on the patio furniture for comfort but nice to have a seating area in the back. The beds are comfortable. There’s 1 washroom with the required necessities for bathing. Space is a little on the smaller size. There’s a hairdryer if needed. The kitchen has everything one would need for basic cooking. Lastly, there are 3 Ring cameras located in the front, side and back of house if that interests anyone.
