Location was absolutely perfect, looking out over the boardwalk in the most amazing town. We don't go out much at night, so it may be a little too quiet if you like to party. Very walkable, lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby and we love Wexford. It was easy to find, though a little tricky the first time to navigate to as Canadians who had never been to Ireland before and expected full street addresses. We used the pub next door and Waze to find it, and then figured out the parking garage which is a bit of a walk from the apartment though still convenient once you get the hang of it. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend some improvements to the shower and hot water situation which was either scalding hot or freezing cold and had to be prepared in advance (difficult to do with teenagers). Also, expect to hang your clothes to dry - the combo washer/dryer (common in Europe) does not dry anything well. If you're desperate, there is an outdoor laundromat by the parkade. All part of the charm and authentic experience :-) and these are the only reasons we didn't give 5-stars.

We had a great time in Wexford. This location was great for exploring the area or just walking around the town. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were even able to check in about an hour early, which was so nice after an international flight. The Dunne’s store down the street was just a short walk away for groceries. The parking structure was very convenient to the apartment as well. When loading our luggage we parked in a double yellow line zone and we got a ticket so if you’re not used to that pay attention! I would stay here again.
