The apartment features a lovely balcony facing Algade, providing one of the best views in Ringkøbing, with a fantastic panorama over the town center and Ringkøbing Fjord. Smedegade is centrally located, just a short distance from the town square, Ringkøbing Fjord, and the harbor, so you’ll always find someone to chat with. The apartment is spread over two floors. The upper floor includes two rooms, each with one bed, while the lower floor features three rooms, each with one bed. One of the beds can be moved to another room for added flexibility. The apartment offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Amenities include a TV, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring a convenient and comfortable living experience. It’s an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy both the charm of the town and the tranquility of the surrounding nature.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
