First the positive aspects of my stay... The host was extremely responsive and extremely helpful each time I messaged him.The house has obviously been recently remodeled. And was clean, and as expected, for the most part.I loved having access to the garage for my convertible!Very comfortable, living room and family room, and there were three huge tvs.The just okay parts were as follows....It was fully disclosed that there were tenants in the back, but it stated that they did not have access to the fire pit or the outdoor kitchen. Although that is true, you have to walk between all of the multiple cars parked in the driveway, and it is right behind the other tenant's house, which made it too uncomfortable for us to sit there. Having people walking up and down the driveway, the whole time we were there was a bit unsettling, also.The bed did not have top sheets.Only bottom sheets and a quilt. The most problematic thing for us was possibly not within the owner's control. Obviously whoever stayed there before us smoked a lot of marijuana in the house and the room ooms upstairs smelled so strong that it was difficult to stay there. We opened the windows and moved the air out multiple times and it seemed to get better.But then we would come back then it would smell again. I don't know if there's ventilation issues with the other tenants or what, but it was continually coming in from somewhere.
