This rental sleeps 4. Coming to the volleyball tournament was my husband, myself and our teenager, totaling 3 people. A scheduling conflict had one player from the team with no chaperone or place to stay for the first night. Since the rental sleeps 4 and we only had 3, I offered. I let the host know we would have a 4th guest for night 1. She responded it would be an extra 500. Why? I’m pretty sure the listing is per night, not per human. I was not trying to exceed the maximum # of guests so I really don’t understand the problem. The listing does say there is an extra fee for extra guests but wouldn’t that be extra BEYOND the number I’m allowed to have? Pretty disappointing! Once arriving at the rental complex we had instructions how to locate the rental on the large property. However I couldn’t open it. I had to find the hosts phone number as she wasn’t responding on the VRBO chat. Also, upon entering there are rules for the rental that are not given prior to booking. Overall, just meh.
